Can anyone use the Virginia Lawyers Weekly Web site?
Current news stories, the day’s Top Opinion, the VLW Blog, Special Features, items under the Research tab, cassified advertisements and many of our full-text opinions are available to the public.
Anyone can receive the Daily Alert, an e-mail service featuring links to current news stories in newspapers across Virginia and D.C. Registration is available on the Virginia Lawyers Weekly home page.
Other portions of our site, including the Archives, Opinion Digests, Verdict & Settlement Reports and U.S. District Court, Eastern District and Circuit Court opinions are available only to subscribers. The Archives is a searchable compilation of all the articles, case digests and other material we’ve published since 1993.
